Our Classes

Ready to unleash your inner fighter? Our Boxing classes are designed for all fitness levels - from beginners looking to learn the fundamentals to advanced athletes seeking to sharpen their technique and conditioning. Each session combines high-intensity cardio, strength training, and boxing drills to give you a full-body workout that builds endurance, power, and confidence.

Led by a very experienced coach, you’ll learn proper stance, footwork, punching combinations, and defensive techniques in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're here to get fit, relieve stress, or train like a pro, our boxing classes will challenge you physically and mentally - and keep you coming back for more.

No experience? No problem. Just bring your energy!

What to Expect:

  • Dynamic warm-ups and conditioning

  • Technique-focused boxing drills

  • Pad work, and partner drills

  • Core strengthening and cool down

Where & When:

  • Friday evenings at Bartley Village Hall, SO40 7GR

    • 6pm for 7-14 years old - 45 min session

    • 7pm for Adults - 60 min session

  • Saturday mornings at Lyndhurst Venom Theatre, SO43 7DN

    • 10am for 7-14 years old - 45 min session

    • 11am for Adults - 60 min session
